Cure for Cancers is once again teaming up with the American Lung Association of California. CfC is sponsoring the ALA Respiratory Rally in Carson, CA on Thursday, May 3rd, 2007.
The event is a one-day conference for people with lung disease, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, and alpha-1 antrypsin deficiency.
The event theme will be travel. Attendees should feel free to wear clothes inspired by a favorite place to visit. The event will feature presentations by experts covering the following topics: Putting You, the patient, in control; cutting edge information that can improve your quality of life, and Oxygen Opportunities: staying active while on oxygen.
